1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website at sosaly.app, submitting a founding membership form, joining our WhatsApp group, or participating in any TSC event or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our community guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.
2. About TSC
TSC — Technology, Skill and Culture Exchange University — is a lifelong learning movement building communities where students, professionals and retired individuals can live, learn, travel, innovate and grow together. The institute is planned to open on 1 October 2032. Until then, TSC is building a founding community through this website, social channels, events and pilot programs.
3. Membership
- Founding membership is currently offered free of charge. We do not ask for payment to join the community registry.
- Membership is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including international members who support our mission.
- Submitting a membership form does not guarantee admission to any specific program, retreat, institute location or event. All offerings are subject to availability and community fit.
- We reserve the right to remove any member from the community registry or communication channels for behaviour that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
4. Community guidelines
All members and visitors are expected to:
- Treat others with respect, honesty and empathy.
- Not harass, discriminate against, or harm any person or group.
- Not share illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or misleading content.
- Not spam, scam, or use TSC channels for unsolicited commercial promotion.
- Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of fellow members.
5. Submissions and content
When you submit a membership form, newsletter signup, contact message or any other information through this site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant TSC a limited right to use that information to communicate with you, manage the community registry, and plan programs.
You retain ownership of any original content you share with us, but you agree that TSC may use non-confidential feedback, suggestions or ideas to improve the community without owing you compensation.
6. Intellectual property
The TSC name, logo, website design, written content, photographs and other materials on this site are owned by TSC or used under licence. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
This website and all TSC community activities are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
TSC is not a licensed educational institution, university, travel agency, financial advisory, healthcare provider or legal service. Participation in our programs is not a substitute for professional advice in those areas.
8. Limitation of liability
